POSTPARTUM AND PARENTING SUPPORT
Whether you’re in the early postpartum days or navigating parenthood years down the track, Eastern Support provides a calm, compassionate space to talk through the identity shifts, emotional load, and mental health challenges that can arise.
We support parents experiencing postnatal anxiety and depression, overwhelm, isolation, birth trauma, and the ongoing pressures of raising children.
You deserve a village—and we’re here to be part of yours.
With over 8 years of experience of working with people with disability, we have an excellent knowledge of best practice and person centered, active supports. We understand the challenges of the NDIS, and understand some of the difficulties faced in the community. In addition to counselling, we also provide progress reporting if required. We provide counselling services to plan and self managed participants if utilising NDIS funding, otherwise sessions are privately funded. There is not an additional fee for NDIS participants.
